Q.  I see four empty boxes with red x's on the Home Page and at the top of all the other pages.  What are they?  Why do I see them?

Answer:
They are our navigation buttons.  More specifically, they are hover buttons for your mouse cursor.  They show action when clicked.  The reason you are seeing empty boxes is because your browser is not Java enabled.  You will need to add a Java Plugin to see them.  Go to www.java.com and follow the instructions to install the neccessary java applets that will work with Windows XP Browser.
